Body Weight Track Workout

Since starting my fitness journey I have been obsessively searching Pinterest for workouts to do that I will stick with. So after looking at tons of different workouts, and I mean tons of them, I decided to create my own! 

This is a body weight workout that can be done anywhere that requires no equipment, except a bench to do the dips and to modify your push ups if needed. It incorporates some cardio as well as lots of body weight exercises to build up those muscles and blast that fat away!
